At our school, the weekly structure is designed to support both boarding and day pupils in Uganda, enabling them to thrive academically and socially. Lessons for pupils from Primary One (P1) to Primary Seven (P7) run from Monday to Friday, with enriching co-curricular activities integrated into the timetable.

A typical school day starts with assembly and registration at 8:00am. Morning lessons run in blocks of 40–50 minutes with a short break for snack and play. Lunch is served at midday, offering healthy, balanced meals. The afternoon includes more lessons, games, and supervised prep for boarders. Day pupils are dismissed at 4:00pm, while boarders follow a structured evening routine with supper, quiet time, and bedtime by 9:00pm.

Day pupils enjoy access to our full school routine and participate in all aspects of school life. They can arrive as early as 7:00am for breakfast and stay until 6:00pm if enrolled in after-school activities or prep.

This extended care model helps families with flexible scheduling while allowing children to remain engaged in learning, games, reading time, and clubs like music, chess, or debating.
Full boarding

Our boarding houses are safe, friendly spaces where children live during the term. Full boarders stay on campus throughout the week, returning home during mid-term breaks and holidays. They enjoy supervised homework, house activities, spiritual devotions, and weekly outings.

Weekly boarding

Some families opt for weekly boarding (Monday to Friday) where pupils return home on weekends. This is ideal for children who live a little farther away but still want the structure and community of boarding life.
Our boarding house has dormitories for boys and girls, monitored by experienced house parents and matrons. Children are taught independence, cleanliness, and responsibility in a nurturing family-style environment.

The day ends with story time, reflection, or group discussions to help children unwind before bed. Birthdays and achievements are celebrated, helping boarders feel appreciated and at home.

Weekend life:
- Saturday: Sports, art, movie nights, and baking.
- Sunday: Chapel, supervised study, and optional excursions (e.g. zoo, museum, swimming).
